1. We conduct daily LIVE and Interactive online classes for CSS-PMS Preparation. 2. Academy will be sharing regular ZOOM Classes IDs and Passwords with you to join classes in which you have enrolled. 3. Student will join classes by using her/his real name. 4. Students are not allowed to share Online Class IDs and passwords with anybody else. 5. Students must follow the SOPs and Class decorum. 6. Most of our teaching faculty members are serving Government Officers and therefore only the authorized and enrolled students are allowed in classes. 6. Our teachers will also be sharing their notes and personally created study material with you on regular basis. You are not supposed to share that study material with any other person. 7. Discounted Fee is Non-Refundable.

1. Students are expected to attend classes regularly and arrive on time. Attendance will be recorded daily. 2. Students must maintain discipline, follow faculty instructions, and ensure a respectful learning environment. 3. Mobile phones must remain on silent mode during lectures. 4. Teachers will provide notes and study resources; students are not allowed to share/distribute this material without permission from the Academy. 5. Only enrolled students are allowed inside the classrooms. 6. Students must respect Academy property; any damage to classrooms, furniture, or equipment will be charged to the responsible individual. 7. Students are expected to maintain cleanliness and avoid littering within the classroom and campus premises. 8. Discounted fee is non-refundable and must be paid within the specified deadlines. 9. Any form of misconduct, harassment, absence from classes without leave approval, or disturbance may result in disciplinary action.
