Modern Wars
Modern Wars: The true measure of war is not land or power. It is the lives it destroys, especially children. In the Middle East, from Iran to Lebanon, a dangerous pattern continues. Children die, get injured, and lose their homes. War treats them as “collateral damage,” and it ignores law and humanity.
Children in Crisis
In Iran, reports say strikes killed over 200 children in just 25 days of US-Israeli attacks. Thousands more suffered injuries. In Lebanon, over 370,000 children left their homes in less than a month. War uprooted an entire generation quickly.
These are not just numbers. These are real children. War destroys their schools, dreams, and futures.
Ignored Human Rights
This crisis also continues in Gaza. Children there face death, injury, and severe hardship for more than two years. The world reacts slowly. Governments fail to stop the violence or punish those responsible.
This raises a hard question. Do powerful states value some children less? No political goal justifies killing children. Even war has limits. Today, leaders ignore those limits.
Call for Justice
World leaders talk about security and strategy. But they show little care in action. They fail to enforce war laws. So, violence continues without punishment.
The world must act now. It must protect children above politics and war goals. If it fails, the suffering will continue. History will judge both the attackers and those who stay silent.
